Cin's Cappuccino Dessert 1 c extra-strong coffee; chilled 1 1/4 c marshmallows 6 Little Debbie Honey Buns, (light-glazed) 1 (3.9oz) box Jell-o instant Vanilla pudding 'n pie filling 2 c (minus 2 T) milk, cold cinnamon-sugar mix (for sprinkling) 1 round dish (7 1/2-inch across by 3-inch deep) Cut honey buns length-wise into 3 strips, then cut each strip in half, so they have a flat end to stand up. Roll each piece of the honey buns in the chilled coffee and stand on ''flat-ends'' around the edge of dish, also put a layer on bottom of dish. Put 1c of marshmallows over bottom layer. In a small mixing bowl put pudding mix, milk and 2T of the coffee. Mix on medium-high speed for 2 minutes; or until getting thick and starting to set. Pour into the dish and put the 1/4c of marshmallows on top, then sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mix. Cover and set in refrig until completely set and chilled through. Serve with light-cool-whip on top of each serving; optional. Can be doubled so you can make more layers with honey buns in a pedestal-parfait dish; if you do this it would be good to also put a layer of cool-whip between each layer of the honey buns 'n pudding.
