Me too, Shan! It keeps well in the fridge too. There are only 3 of us and it made a big pan, so it took a few days to finish it ( because we used restraint, lol) and it was just as good as the first day ....crust wasn't as crunchy but we didn't mind! In fact, I probably liked it better that way! -- Jennifer When baking, follow directions. Jennifer, how cute your little one used his Little Tykes hammer. LOL, I can picture that now. You know my theory about dump cake. It is full of fruit and has to be good for you. Guess that opens the door for this recipe.

Viv, I don't know the calorie count but they have fresh fruit in them.....so they're good for you-lol! Believe me they are worth the calories! Easy to make too-Tyler had fun crushing the wafers with his plastic Little Tykes hammer. -- Jennifer When baking, follow directions. I made these tonight and I want to eat another piece really bad right now-lol! Yummy! 1-1/2 cups crushed Nilla wafers ( about 60 wafers) 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted 3 bananas , sliced 3 cups cold milk 2 pkg ( 4 -serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling 2-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip topping ( 8 ounce tub) Preheat oven to 325. Mix wafer crumbs, pecans, and butter in a 13 x 9 -inch baking dish.; press firmly onto bottom of dish. Bake 8 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Top crust with banana slices. Pour milk into a large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with a wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Spoon 2 cups of the pudding over banana layer. GENTLY stir 1 cup of the whipped topping into remaining pudding; spoon over pie. Top with remaining 1-1/2 cups whipped topping. Refrigerate 3 hours. Store leftovers in refrigerator. -- Jennifer When baking, follow directions. When cooking, go by your own taste.- Laiko Bahrs
